Exchange and Returns Policy

Overview

First of all, your information will never be used for anything other than to provide you what you ordered. We will not share or sell your information. Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be damaged from the shipping process.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photographs of the damaged item from shipping.

We require you to provide a return shipping postage label with the correct shipping information on it to go back to you.

Exchange of a new item for the damaged one will be considered a Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. You will need to place a return postage label with your address on it for us to affix to the product we send back to you in exchange of the damaged one.

Exchanges

To return your product, contact us directly to get authorization for an exchange before anything. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the shipping process. Please show proof of damage (in the form of pictures) from shipping as soon as you receive the damaged item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Payment

  • The only form of payment I am accepting is through my PayPal account – which allows you to use credit cards, VENMO, or PayPal – please do not ask about anything else including crypto.

  • No work can be turned into or converted to NFT

Commissions

By ordering a commission from me you are agreeing to these simple terms:

  • I decide what I want to accept and not accept
  • Please don’t ask or expect me to do anything questionable, this is a family site
  • No work of mine can be scanned, reproduced, altered, distributed or redistributed for any purpose without obtaining permission from me first
  • No work can be turned into or converted to NFT
  • I can stop the commission at any point
  • I will start a commission when half of the total cost is provided as a down payment
  • I will provide a low resolution watermarked piece for you to approve. Upon approval the balance is due. After receiving the balance paid in full you will receive your art

  • Refunds or partial refunds will only be given if I choose to stop the commission without delivering any productCommissions
